1. The Parents seeking admission for their children should get their children registered in advance by 15th March.

2. Application for registration should be made on the prescribed Registration form available from the School Office.

3. Registration Form complete in all respects and accompanied by all required documents must be submitted to the School Office within the prescribed date.

4. Attested copies of the following documents would be required to be submitted along with the application form for registration.

• Certificate of proof of age in form of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE issued by the authority competent to register births. This will include notified area committee like Municipal Corporation or extract about the date of birth from records of village Panchayat. For later classes, the date of birth recorded in the Transfer Certificate issued by a school recognized by the State Education Department would be accepted.
• 2 passport size photograph of the child
• Self attested Aadhar Card of parents with their photographs.
• Childs Aadhar card

5. Mere Registration will not confer a right of admission.

6. If the child fails to qualify the admission test, he/she will not be considered for admission. Parents are advice to mention the class in which admission is sought clearly.

7. Admission test will be conducted in English, Science and Mathematics. Syllabus of the class for which the student is to be tested is of general nature at par with the English medium school.

8. Results of the admission test will be announced on the same day.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR ADMISSION

·        A child must be between 3 to 5 years of age for admission to Nursery/Lower KG/Upper KG.

For admission to Class I^st a child must be at least 5 years old on 1st April in the academic year in which admission is being sought. For admission to subsequent classes, the eligible age would be reckoned again with reference to 1^st April with a proportionate increase over 5 years. An upper age limit for admission is fixed as the minimum age limit plus 2 years. No child would be eligible for admission in a class if the age is more than this maximum age in class if the age is m class prescribed
